New: 43-metre hydraulic crane.
The new Cattaneo bottom-slewing crane CM 430 is one of the hydraulic cranes with the greatest reach on the European market. With two hook heights (26.5 / 32.5 metres without additional tower sections), it easily keeps up with lattice boom cranes in the 61-tonne-metre class, such as the Liebherr 61K. Thanks to its folding system, however, it is easier to assemble and ready for use in next to no time. The swing radius of just 2.5 metres and the micro-move fine-lift function allow the CM 430 to be used on confined construction sites and enable precise lifts.

Stationary fast-erecting cranes with a radius of up to 43 metres.
From single-family homes to small residential complexes – the BKL System Cattaneo comprises five tried-and-tested and robust hydraulic fast-erecting cranes with a radius of 27 to 43 metres, hook heights of up to 32.5 metres and load capacities of up to 4 tonnes.
The smallest is the 27-metre crane CM 270 with a maximum lifting capacity of 2.5 tonnes. In the over 30-metre radius category – which includes the Potain Igo 32, the Liebherr 34K up to the Liebherr 53K or 61K – the BKL System Cattaneo offers four bottom-slewing cranes: the CM 300, the CM 350, the CM 90S4 and the CM 430.
No matter which crane type you choose, all five will save you time and money in terms of installation and lifts. Thanks to hydraulic assembly and a space-saving folding system, the fast-erecting cranes from the BKL System Cattaneo are raring to go in next to no time. During operation, the 2-fall technology enables a higher handling rate. This is because hydraulic cranes always lift with maximum drive speed, depending on the load on the hook.
Mobile self-erecting cranes with a radius of up to 30 metres.
Get started right away: The mobile fast-erecting cranes with a radius of 22, 27 or 30 metres were developed especially for carpenters and roofers. To ensure rapid relocation from one construction site to the next, the cranes are fitted with an integral 25 km/h axle as standard. As an option, the cranes can also be ordered with an 80 km/h high-speed axle. The CM 301 also has a combined drawbar and kingpin.
Ideal as roofing cranes: Thanks to hydraulic assembly, a space-saving folding system and hydraulic support, the CM 301, CM 271 and CM 221A can be installed quickly and easily, ready for action. During operation, the 2-fall technology enables a higher handling rate. And if no power connection is available, the carpenter cranes also work with 230 V as an option.
